Clip AI is a digital service. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is access to your account, in-app previews, and downloadable files (typically MP4 video) after generation completes.

Download MP4 (and any other offered export) from the video detail flow
Access your account from supported modern browsers on desktop or mobile

Typical generation time

Timing depends on length, quality, queue, and options you enable. Indicative ranges:

Short-form video jobOften a few minutes

End-to-end render including audio and mux

Heavy queue / HDMay take longer

Status is shown in the app while the job runs

Availability

Assets remain tied to your account subject to our retention and security policies
Download again while the file remains available in your library

Notifications

You may receive in-app status updates and, where enabled, email notifications when long-running jobs complete.
