Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clip AI sells digital generation services and credits. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our product today.

Digital generation

Once an AI video (or related) generation job has started, cancellation of that run is generally not available and credits allocated to that job are consumed per the in-app estimate. Failed jobs on our side may be auto-refunded as described below.

Credit pack purchases

Credit pack payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where we approve a good-faith exception. Unused credits remain on your account for future generation as described at purchase time.

Technical failures

If a job fails due to an error on our infrastructure, credits are typically refunded automatically within a short window (often within 24 hours). If you do not see a refund, email genify.contact@gmail.com with the approximate time (UTC) and job context.

Quality concerns

If output quality is materially defective (not merely subjective creative taste), contact us within 7 days of the generation. We may offer credit refunds or a retry at our discretion, in line with our operational policies.

Approved payment refunds

Where we approve a refund to your original payment method, processing typically takes on the order of 9–15 business days depending on your bank or card network.

Payment failures

If checkout fails, no credits are added. If you see a mismatch between your bank and your Clip AI balance, contact genify.contact@gmail.com immediately with receipts.
